Child/Parent/Teacher evening

Takes place on: 3rd October 2023

Dear parents and carers,

We are looking forward to meeting with you at our Autumn parent/carer meetings, which will be held the week commencing 2^nd October. Meetings will be on Tuesday 3^rd and Thursday 5^th October between 3.40 and 6pm, and can be booked for all years including pre-school.

Staff really value the close working relationships that we hold with our parents and these meetings give us the opportunity to focus together on the particular needs of each child, as well as celebrating their successes. They also allow for informal discussions about any concerns that you may have. The information shared as part of our interim progress reports in January will help shape this discussion too.

Appointment cards will be sent home on Wednesday 27th September with your allocated time slot. A full list of allocated appointment times will also be displayed in the office window on Friday 29th September.

It is important that we have the opportunity to speak with every family, so please make alternative arrangements with your class teacher if the dates and times are really impossible for you.

Early Help and SEND meetings will be held on 20^th September and 4^th October. We have contacted all parent/guardians separately about these meeting. There is no need to book a separate CPT meeting via the above link, as all areas will be covered in these sessions.

Please also note, that there will be NO FOOTBALL CLUB ON THURSDAY 5^TH OCTOBER.
